Rates include villa orientation, mid-week cleaning for stays of one week or more, linens, and all utilities except for air conditioning in the bedrooms, which is metered separately and charged back at cost. We require a 50% payment upon booking and the remaining 50%, 60 days prior to arrival. In lieu of a security deposit, guests sign a statement of liability agreeing to pay for any damages with a major credit card. Rates are subject to change without notice. 5% added to credit card charges. Minimum stay of 3 nights except during Holidays when the minimum stay is 7 nights. Children must be 5 years or older.
NOTE: A 12% Accommodation Tax is payable in addition to the rates listed above. A cleaning fee of $195 is additional.
