The Main House is a sun filled, 1,700 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 3 bath beach villa with 350 ft of Grace Bay beachfront.
Solar-Heated Pool
The Main House solar-heated saltwater pool, one of very few on Provo, is 40’ long and 4’ deep throughout, making it ideal for swimming laps. Try water walking, jogging or lounging on the water bench, drink in hand.
Seven Acres of Native Tropical Gardens
Villa Camilla’s extensive gardens are a haven for birds, including humming birds, and include many varieties of palms and cactus, bougainvillea, wild orchids, sea grapes, and mahogany, as well as edible dilly gum trees, sea plums, and papaya.
Perfect Location
From this central location on Grace Bay Beach, you are near to all water and land activities and the island’s many excellent restaurants and nightlife. The airport is only 10 minutes away.
Elegant Interior with Plant Filled Soaring Atrium
The Main House entrance is a handsome, two story gate leading into a soaring atrium connecting all rooms.
Graceful spiral staircase connects the first and second levels.
Upstairs the living room, dining room and kitchen encircle the plant filled atrium.
The spacious living room with cathedral ceiling offers breathtaking views of the clear, turquoise waters and reefs of Princess Alexandra National Marine Park.
Three Bedrooms
Each of three ground floor bedrooms is air conditioned and has a private bathroom and deck, which leads directly to the pool, gardens and Grace Bay Beach.
The bed configuration is one king and two sets of twins that can be converted into king size beds.
Spacious Decks
Two large decks on the upper level provide ample space for dining and lounging. Uninterrupted exceptional views of Provo’s magnificent sunsets from the West Deck and sunrises from the East Deck.
Full Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking wonderful meals, including gas stove, microwave and dishwasher.
Climate Care
Environmentally conscious with solar-heated saltwater pool and hot water systems; energy efficient lights and A/C. We use rain catchment & recycled gray water for landscaping. A palm grove assures privacy between the Main House and the Guest House.
Maximum Air Circulation
The Villa has been designed to provide maximum air circulation with its screened, three-story atrium, abundance of windows and sliding glass doors, and has ceiling fans in each room.
TCI Assured Certification
After rigorous inspections, Villa Camilla was the 1st rental property qualified for TCI Assured Certification. Villa Camilla is compliant with all COVID-19 Health Protocols as set by the TCI Environmental Health Dept. in collaboration with the TCI Tourist Board: workers are trained, protocols are in place and they are being implemented.
