The Guest House solar heated saltwater dipping pool has water benches at both ends, outdoor showers and hammock.
Seven Acres of Native Tropical Gardens
Villa Camilla’s extensive gardens are a haven for birds, including humming birds, and include many varieties of palms and cactus, bougainvillea, wild orchids, sea grapes, and mahogany, as well as edible dilly gum trees, sea plums, and papaya.
Perfect Location
From this central location on Grace Bay Beach, you are near to all water and land activities and the island’s many excellent restaurants and nightlife. The airport is only 10 minutes away.

Both apartments have a living/dining area that offers views of the clear, turquoise waters of Grace Bay Beach. The Lower Guest is ensconced in the lush gardens, surrounded by flowering plants.
The large deck with shade cloth awning provides ample space for dining, lounging, and observing the myriad birds and butterflies of Villa Camilla's eco-paradise.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking wonderful meals, including: electric stove, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker.
Climate Care
Environmentally conscious with solar-heated saltwater pool and hot water systems; energy efficient lights and A/C. We use rain catchment & recycled gray water for landscaping. A palm grove assures privacy between the Main House and the Guest House.
Maximum Air Circulation
The Lower Guest House apartment is designed to take advantage of the constant 15-20knot tradewinds, with an abundance of windows on all sides of the unit and sliding glass door. Ceiling fans in both rooms help to maximize ventilation.
TCI Assured Certification
After rigorous inspections, Villa Camilla was the 1st rental property qualified for TCI Assured Certification. Villa Camilla is compliant with all COVID-19 Health Protocols as set by the TCI Environmental Health Dept. in collaboration with the TCI Tourist Board: workers are trained, protocols are in place and they are being implemented.
