A private paradise on Grace Bay

Villa Camilla is a unique property on Provo! You are nestled in several acres of private tropical gardens, yet only a short walk down your sandy path to the beautiful, endless Grace Bay beach. Or just relax poolside, right outside your bedroom! We loved the well-designed house. Wonderful breezes, open spaces, well-stocked kitchen. The owners and caretakers were all very responsive. Having stayed on Taylor Bay in previous visits, we were a bit wary of staying on the “developed” northern shore. But Villa Camilla made it a pleasure. So beautiful and private, yet near all amenities. But don’t miss the south end - Omar’s Beach restaurant is a great new addition, and the newly rebuilt Las Brisas is gorgeous, friendly, and delicious! Lots to enjoy on Provo!

Fabulous location

Fabulous location on Grace Bay with so much beach frontage, you feel like it’s all your own while still being able to walk to a nearby resort/restaurant for lunch. The kids enjoyed the novelty of sleeping in the open air while my husband and I preferred to switch on the AC. Beautiful views abound.

Long Overdue Family Getaway

Villa Camilla exceeded our expectations. We loved the open air concept. And the grounds and landscaping are lush and naturally beautiful. Such a private space with a short walk from the house on a pretty path to the beach. And that lap pool was spectacular, especially after a long day on the beach. Go, you won’t regret it!

What a great place!

Just returned to Villa Camilla where we had enjoyed a family vacation 18 years ago. With the addition of the gorgeous pool and gardens, it's a wonderful place to stay. The main living area is delightful with beautiful views and constant breezes. The house is designed so there are shady areas throughout the day. There are multiple patios so the house offers lots of privacy. It is steps away from the endless beach and beautiful waters of Grace Bay. What a wonderful post vaccination vacation!

Private Paradise

My husband and I stayed here Dec 23-Jan 1st. We were looking for a more private property than a resort given Covid. This was perfect - beautiful beach views and quiet beach time. Loved being within walking distance of great snorkeling. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and their lovely daughter and appreciate them asking everyday how can we make it a better experience. They really want the bests for their renters. We appreciate some of the subtle touches such as providing a cooler to take down to the beach, beach chairs and umbrella. Natalie who welcomed us took great care of us during the week. I look forward to returning here.

Villa Camilla, on stunning Grace Bay Beach, is the perfect destination for a family holiday! The location is ideal with Grace Bay and Turtle Cove only short drives or bicycle rides down the quiet road for restaurants and shops. From the moment you pass through the gate of the Villa Camilla property, into the oasis of winding sandy paths amidst tropical vegetation, you are in paradise. The Main House overlooks its private pool and from the upper deck, you can watch the activities on the beach, including Bight Reef for sea turtle snorkeling only a short walk away! The house design has an open concept living space yet each of the three private bedrooms has A/C and its own walk-out shaded porch. The Villa Camilla staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, even offering fresh coconut water upon request. We highly recommend Villa Camilla for your next vacation!

Loved it!

The property is very beautiful & private! Three couples stayed for 5 nights and had a blast! The views from the upper deck were tremendous. The pool was well enjoyed. The landscaping around the property was very well maintained & beautiful. Loved the short walk to our "private" beach where we lounged, swam and walked to awesome snorkeling at Coral Gardens (100 yards) to the east and Smith's Reef (approx. 1 mile) to the west. We cooked breakfasts and a few lunches and dinners at the property and found the kitchen was accessorized with everything we needed. We ran into some logistics issues with our air travel to the island; Beth was very accommodating to our plight which was very much appreciated! This property is a real gem & we can’t wait to return!

Perfect!!!

Perfect booking, communication, check in, location, weather... The pool was an awesome bonus to swim in the morning and cool off at night. Our boat excursion picked us up on the beach right in front of the house. We saw stingrays, turtles and fish right in front of the house. NO seed weed, the beach was beautiful! Extensive security, we always felt safe! We were lucky and had a good breeze blowing every evening so we never used the bedroom air conditioners, which you do have to pay for separately when you leave. Grocery store right down the road, prices are high so bring what you can from home! We ate breakfast and lunch at the house every day then tried different restaurants every night! Like I said, perfect vacation!!!

So beautiful!

The house is surrounded by lovely gardens. It feels like being in a magical private kingdom. Everything is very thoughtfully provided; lounge chairs for the beach, beach towels, umbrellas, a cooler ......The house is designed to make life easy and relaxing. I think we might be ruined for any other vacation rental.

Beauty on the Beach!

Just returned from a fabulous week between Christmas and New Year at Villa Camilla. If I were to use one word to describe our experience I would say "easy". From beginning to end our engagement and experience was easy. Much gratitude to our hostess Linda Nayton who met us at the airport and guided us to the house after a late arriving flight and gave us advice on the places to go and things to do which we followed. Everything we were looking for in a laid back, go with the flow vacation was there for our family of six. Comfortable and casual was what we signed up for. Comfortable and casual is what Villa Camilla delivered!

Glorious!!

OMG did we ever luck out booking this place. The location is perfect for groceries, shopping, activities, and fabulous restaurants. Yet completely private such that no one knew we were even here. We always like trying new places but we will never be able to top this. The views are fabulous, the house comfortable and, again, the location prime. I would like to make this an annual trip. Never be able to top this!

Super house, great location

We spent 5 wonderful days at the Villa Camilla. The property was prefect for 3 couples. The pool and grounds were beautiful. The staff provided great info on all the island had to offer. The house had everything we needed. Great time had by all.

Amazing value for a private beach house

This 3 bedroom with en-suite bathrooms, super high ceilings, ceiling fans and windows galore was perfect for the 4 of us. We were looking for a week of relaxation and that's exactly what we got. Even better, we didn't need the air conditioning and were able to enjoy beautiful breezes coming through the house while we hung out or slept. This is a beautifully decorated home with a fully stocked kitchen, upstairs deck with ocean sunset view, private swimming pool, no noise, private path to the beach and best of all, completely secure and safe. Thank you for an amazing week. You've spoiled us for future rentals!

Turquoise gem

Villa Camilla is located on the most beautiful stretch of the most gorgeous beach in the world, far down from any large hotels. The water color is intense turquoise. The villa takes its cue from the water and uses the same color throughout. It is vibrant, warm and comfortable. The grounds are lush; the bedrooms quite adequate and nicely decorated with touches of island art. Perfect for a family or two or three couples who like the convenience of a well-equipped kitchen rather than eating always in a hotel or restaurant for every meal.

Clearly Paradise

This was a wonderful vacation for me and my family. The house is so comfortable and accessible with privacy where needed and plenty of family space as well. The pool area is pretty and cool and comfortable. The owners have clearly made it a tropical garden. Their plantings all around the house are lovely and especially around the pool area. The house is well equipped. We cooked many meals as well as going out to the many fine restaurants on the island. The BBQ is handy. The beach is a short walk through the property and it is a gorgeous beach and the water is the clearest you could ever see. Snorkeling is just a short walk from where you come to the beach from the house. Walking on the beach is a pleasure. All in all a marvelous break from reality and truly paradise!! We shall return!

A lovely villa in the best location on the island!

My friends and I just returned from an absolutely perfect vacation at Villa Camilla. We have all traveled throughout the Caribbean and rent a villa every December. This was definitely a great find - we unanimously agreed that a return visit is a MUST! The villa was just as lovely as the pictures on the web site. It was very comfortable with a charming tropical feel. It is well planned out to take advantage of the beauty of the island. The location was great. The view from the upper deck simply could not be beat. Grace Bay is one of the best in the Caribbean - we had that as well as a great pool and tropical gardens! When we weren't enjoying a relaxing evening on the deck, our favorites for drinks and dining were the Sharkbite, the Tiki Hut, and Somewhere (right next door). We also had drinks at Da Conch Shack and Las Brisas. We were well taken care of by Sharon and Charlene. We had the pleasure of meeting Beth and Larry, our gracious hosts, on our last day. We are eagerly looking forward to our return visit!

Accommodations were fantastic

We had a wonderful vacation. The location was perfect. We really enjoyed the set up with everyone having their own bathroom and the common living area was spacious and beautiful. The villa was very clean. All of the people that work there were extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool area was very comfortable and we enjoyed all of the shade and greenery around the pool. Overall, we thought the accommodations were fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Property in fantastic condition

We greatly enjoyed staying at your property and it is in fantastic condition. Rose, the gentleman who works for you during the day and the housekeeper who assisted Rose in cleaning were all very nice.  The babysitter you recommended was fantastic - we used her 4 nights. Once again, thank you.  I’d be glad to be a very positive reference for you should you ever have a prospective guest request one.

Proximity to beach the best part

Thank you so much for having us! We absolutely loved it! We had an incredible time and the house was beautiful! We have no complaints! The proximity to the beach was probably the best part! But the house was very clean, well kept and the pool was very well maintained. We loved having the groundskeeper to help with little questions as well! Thank you again! Beautiful location on Grace Bay

Beautiful location on Grace Bay, walking distance to a lovely restaurant and a very easy five minute drive anywhere you want to go…. Very private, but like you had your own little tropical getaway. This is a beautiful destination, beautiful house with an unbeatable location, incredible views, direct access to Grace Beach, and the check-in and checkout were easy and we had a wonderful trip.

Great place for a laid back beach vacation

Overall the property is great for a laid back beach vacation, with stunning views, great access to the beach and snorkeling, a pool to lounge around, spacious areas upstairs to hang out including 2 decks so you can sit in shade or sun as you prefer. The appliances are a little outdated but work, as with the bathrooms, but that is reflected in the price for a house on one of the best beaches in the world. If you want a laid back beach vacation this is a great place.

Private and Relaxing

Very nice property in a private setting. There is no AC in the main area of the house but, there is AC in the bedrooms. The house was comfortable without the air conditioning and our stay was the end of July. I can't say enough about property manager Rose. She is very attentive to the needs of the guests.

A++ Vacation

Villa Camilla is exactly as pictured. The grounds are private, beautiful and surrounded by lush greenery. The location is a big plus - very close to the supermarket and other stores. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The villa is clean and equipped with the essential amenities and each bedroom has its own ensuite. The indoor/outdoor feature of the villa really makes it feel like a tropical escape. We used the deck off the kitchen/living area all the time and this is where we ate all of our meals, overlooking our pool and the ocean. The view of the ocean doesn’t get much better than this. Access to the beautiful beach is easy and convenient, with loungers for our use right at the beach’s edge. We so enjoyed our time at Villa Camilla and look forward to a return visit in the future.
