Discounts outside of Holidays
20% for stays of a month or more.
Multiple discounts may not be applied.
Rates include villa orientation, mid-week cleaning for stays of one week or more and linens. We require a 50% deposit payable by personal check or bank transfer and the remaining 50%, 60 days prior to arrival. Rates include a $50/week allowance for electricity, including air conditioning. In lieu of a security deposit, guests sign a statement of liability agreeing to pay for any damages with a major credit card. Rates are subject to change without notice. 5% added to credit card charges. Minimum stay of 4 nights except during Holidays when the minimum stay is 7 nights. Children must be 5 years or older.
NOTE: A 12% Accommodation Tax is payable in addition to the rates listed above. A cleaning fee of $140 is additional.
